Just a reminder to Fourth grade parents/ guardians: As required by Massachusetts State Law, physical examinations are necessary upon entry into school, in fourth grade, seventh grade and eleventh grade. If you have not provided a copy of your child's physical & any updated immunizations to Mrs. Reed, school nurse, please do so as soon as possible.
