Welcome to the Nauset Public Schools Podcast Directory! The purpose of this site is to provide you with informational podcasts produced by staff and students of the Nauset Public Schools.

A podcast is made up of a simple audio file and some additional tagging. This additional tagging allows you to subscribe to the podcast, so each time a new show is uploaded, it is automatically "delivered" to a piece of software on your local machine called an RSS aggregator. The most common software for subscribing and listening to podcasts is Apple's iTunesr. It is available for both Windows and Mac, and you do not have to have an iPod or MP3 player to use. You may simply listen to the program directly from iTunes on your desktop. If you do have an iPod, any new podcasts will be copied directly to your iPod via iTunes when they become available.

If you do not wish to subscribe to the podcasts, this blog page will list direct links to the MP3 files so you may listen to the productions at your leisure.

Podcast 11: Nauset Educators Talk about Technology

This podcast was created by Kathy Schrock as part of the Techno-Monday course about podcasting as an education tool. Thanks to the members of the class who graciously participated in the making of the show and edited their own soundbites!
