Dear Parents, Caregivers, Students, and Staff:
I hope you had a nice weekend! This is a reminder that this coming week is Spirit Week. Participation is optional, though students and staff are encouraged to participate to show their school spirit! This week will be a busy one at Eddy, so here is a brief overview:
Monday, 12/16:
Winter Hat Spirit Day
Mrs. Brunelle and Ms. Brekke's fifth grade classes visit Nauset Regional Middle School to receive a tour, observe classes, and have lunch (provided for all visiting students; students may still bring lunch from home if they prefer).
Tuesday, 12/17:
Pajama Spirit Day
Brewster Bookstore Author-in-Residence Jonathan Todd visits Eddy for an all-school assembly @ 9am (please send in the form if you would like to purchase a book; financial assistance available).
Wednesday, 12/18:
Winter/Holiday Outfit Spirit Day
Mr. Gagnon and Ms. Shanahan's fifth grade classes visit Nauset Regional Middle School to receive a tour, observe classes, and have lunch (provided for all visiting students; students may still bring lunch from home if they prefer).
Jingle Bell Run at 1pm, followed by a math-related activity in class! This is an outdoor activity; please have your student dress accordingly! Family members are welcome to cheer students on during their Jingle Bell Run!
Thursday, 12/19:
Nauset Colors Spirit Day (Black, Gold, Brewster, or Eddy gear!)
Winter Band and Chorus concert for 4th and 5th grade musicians @ 9am in the Eddy gym.
Friday, 12/20:
Flannel Friday Spirit Day
Spelling Bee School Finals @ 9am
Regular dismissal at 2:00pm
Winter break begins at dismissal, and our next day of school is Thursday, January 2, 2025.
