Digital Safety and Mindfulness Night
Nauset Public Schools invites families to attend Digital Safety and Mindfulness, an engaging evening focused on responsible technology use and online safety. This free event will support parents, caregivers, staff, and students ages 11 and up in understanding today’s digital risks and how to navigate them thoughtfully.
The session will address topics such as cyber cruelty, safe communication in gaming, social media oversharing, artificial intelligence and deepfakes, and emerging digital trends impacting youth.
Date: January 22, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Location: Nauset Middle School Auditorium
Cost: Free to attend
We encourage families to attend together for a shared conversation about digital responsibility and well being.

Thank you to the Scott Romer and the Brewster Fire Department for our Fire Prevention Presentation today! Students were attentive, engaged and asked great questions!!!

You do not need to be present for the entire time, and may certainly pop in to say hello and share your thoughts with Dr. Brand.
Thank you for taking the time to share your insights!
Brewster Spirit Week is Next Week!
Stony Brook and Eddy are both having Spirit Week December 15th-December 19th! There is one switch in the days so the Eddy students can wear their Winter/Holiday outfit on their concert day!
See Attached!!
We can't wait to see the fun choices!!

Laurino's Tavern is hosting a "Brunch with Santa" on 12/14. While this is a fun holiday event for families, their primary goal is to support the local foster care system—a portion of the proceeds from the day will be donated to local foster homes in our area.

We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of our community and the many donations to our local food pantry. We will share the total count of items soon, but for now… I’m excited to announce that the TURKEY costume won! As promised, I’ll be dressing up as a turkey this Friday. Gobble Gobble!
Kindly, Carolan Kasper

Hello Eddy and Stony Brook Families,
Tomorrow, Friday 10/31, we will have an orange and black spirit day! We hope you will join us.
Also, we are holding a Hurricane Melissa Donation Drive, to support residents of Jamaica, who were recently devestated by Hurricane Melissa. We will accept donations (non-perishable canned and boxed foods, bags of white or brown rice, diapers, peronsal care items, first aid supplies, batteries, and bug repellent) in the Eddy lobby until next Friday, November 7 at 10am. Thank you for your consideration to help those in need.
Best,
Steve Guditus, Principal of Eddy Elementary School
Carolan Kasper, Principal of Stony Brook Elementary School
